"The other factor that became clear during testing (of various scanner targets) is that the Hutchcolor Target is worth having.
It's expensive compared to the standard IT8 transparency at £141.00 for a 35mm, £250.00 for a 6x7cm, £334.00 for a 4x5 and £211.00 for a 5x7 reflection target, but for that you're getting a more sophisticated target that's been individually measured.
The difference shows, even on relatively modest equipment."
